This blog is a little way I can help others discover the amazing benefits of eating and living your way into a healthier more lively existence. I have fallen in love with this lifestyle and I am addicted in a good way. I MOST of the time eat “clean “ food and workout out 6 days a week.
I believe in enjoying that chocolate chip cookie at the coffee shop every once in awhile but by no means is this my lifestyle. I started this blog because I want to encourage others that learning to live healthy can be exciting and even enjoyable. My hope is that all of you who drop in leave feeling encouraged, educated and impassioned!
I am a personal trainer in the great city of Nashville. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE what I do and am so thankful for the opportunity to help facilitate change in other’s lives. I grew up in Kansas City and was overweight in middle school, high school, and a little bit in College. I really started losing though around my sophomore year in high school and every year I have shed a little more weight. I am a big believer in slowly but surely. To really see lasting change, there has to be a maintainable lifestyle change. That is why radical dieters and one month boot campers continue to put weight back on. I try to encourage my clients to not indulge in a diet or exercise routine that is not sustainable.
